Beef & chicken Stir fries

Thai chicken curry, cooked with green curry, coconut milk, aromatic spices, with fenugreek leaves for that lovely taste, served with steamed rice.

Indian chicken curry – diced chicken thighs marinated in yoghurt & Indian spices. Served with steamed rice & accompaniments of your choice.

Lamb Nehari – diced lamb curry slow cooked with garlic, ginger, chilli, paprika & other spices. Served with steamed rice & accompaniments.


Mexican beef chilli con carne, in sauce with capsicum, kidney beans. Served with steamed rice.


Mediterranean chicken, served in broth of cannelloni beans, chorizo, tomatoes & herbs, with steamed corn cob. Very tasty & healthy. Customers love it.

Stuffed capsicum & salad

Italian slow cooked pork & veal spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, loaded with garlic. Just boil the pasta. Customers love this meal, so easy.

Tex Mex Beef in special spicy chilli marinade, (roasted capsicum, coriander leaves, bourbon, sherry vinegar) braised for 8 hours, served with refried beans, cheese, tomato salsa, corn cob, guacamole.

Posh  Fish Pie

White fish & prawns cooked in a reduced stock including cream, dry vermouth, fennel, French shallots topped with mashed potato, oven baked, served with steam veg.
