Ordering Terms and Conditions

Orders must be made by Monday midday for pick up Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Pick up times Thursday 2.00 pm – 6.00 pm, Friday 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm, Saturday 10.00 am – 2.00 pm.

If you are unable to pick up during these times, please contact us to arrange an alternative pick up time at time of ordering.

Orders not picked up will be forfeited & no refund.

Customers who fail to comply with pickup times will have log on removed.

Customer log on access is determined solely by Flavour Bytes & no contact or otherwise will be entered into.

Re-heating of food only, follow cooking instructions online.

Customer complaints, please contact us so we may resolve for you. We are not perfect.

Applicable law
